Great Candle for the Money
These are the best I have found for the money. I have been buying simular ones for more locally at Meijer and these are superior. They burn evenly and longer then my other ones and are cheaper as well, will continue to stock them for the home, love them.

Good Packaging
Not much to say about candles, other than I was a little worried about ordering them online since if they were packaged poorly they could easily break in shipping. No worries, though, I ordered 3 and they came wrapped in bubblewrap and were securely sitting in the box in packaging that's molded to their shape. No foam-popcorn packaging here.The candles are high quality, though -- I edit this comment in after some experience with other candles. The burn time on these has been pretty incredible. Also, the 3 inch wide variety seem to burn down in a "cup", which is to say, the wax melts in the middle and leaves the outside edges standing, which is to say, you won't have to worry about wax dripping down. I'm sure that's why these have such long burn times, as well.I'll definiately order more from Candlemart in the future.(edit: Aug 2008. Just ordered another 6. They actually came packed in a box that was packed inside of a second box filled with...

wedding candles
The candles are just as I had expected, but very securely packed, as though they were glass. Obviously, they arrived in perfect shape. We used them for about 5 hours at the wedding and they only burned down maybe an inch in the center, so they must be good quality candles. We are very please with our purchase.

Beautiful, Practical, and Safe
I bought four sets of these flameless candles (one set for each side of our fireplace mantle, and one set for each side of our dresser).Each set includes the batteries for each candle (three AAA's per candle), and the button battery for the remote. They are shipped with thin plastic tabs protruding out of the battery compartments of the candles and the remote to keep them from activating while being shipped. Just pull out each of the tabs (you don't need to open the battery compartments to pull them out), flip the switch on the bottom of each candle to the "ON" position, and the candles light; they can now be operated via the remote. (One remote will operate more than one set of candles that is in range of the remote.) (The instructions say that if the candles won't be turned on via the remote for more than a week, it is recommended that--since they do use the batteries a little when the switch is in the "ON" position--that they be switched to the "OFF" position.)...

Flameless Candles
These are great. Look like real candles and can go in places you can't get to easily with the neat remote. Used for 2 weeks every night through the Cmas season and the batteries are still good, that's impressive to me. I expected to have to replace them. Very happy with this product.

Fire safe romance. :)
I come from a firefighting family, so have always avoided unnecessary candles as much as I love them. Now I have candles everywhere, hooray! And firefighter-approved!I've bought other brands of flameless candles before, but found them weakly lit, and short-lived for their little watch batteries.But these are different. They're made of real wax rather than plastic, and they smell faintly of vanilla (nice touch). The're powered by AAA batteries, which means they last much longer than more some of the more expensive candles with battery-watch powered versions you find elsewhere.The flicker rate is also much more pleasant on these than on, say, the ones sold at ThinkGeek. ThinkGeek's flash much more harshly...like, headache-inducing harsh. These Gerson candles are far, far more mellow and realistic in their flicker. Not realistic
I first bought wonderful flameless timer candles at a local store. Then, I came home and found these on-line where I could purchase 3 for the price of the one I got at a local store. I took a chance and bought these. These look real (when off) and smell good. However, the light is a really bright, unrealistic yellow. And, its flicker is really the candle light turning on and off repeatedly. It gives you a headache to look at and is not at all realistic. I am sending these back and going to purchase the ones from my local store. In this case you do get what you pay for! -I am an honest, easily pleased person who doesn't usually write reviews but I wish someone had warned me before I bought these. :)

not good
these candles are reddish in color when lit. the timer does not work. I cannot get them to turn off. just had to let the batteries run out or take them out when you want to turn off. very disappointed, as they were on backorder for over a month.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
I have ordered several different brands of flameless candles because I absolutely love them especially the ones with timers like this one has. However, this was my first Feinstein. They all use batteries, some with two, this set needed 4 which I thought was a little over the top but that was OK. However, I set the timers to come on at 630p and go off at they're normal time and within 1 week they weren't working anymore. I thought that maybe I had put in used batteries so I took batteries from brand new packages and replaced all the old ones. Same thing happened. These candles EAT batteries and, as we all know, they aren't cheap. Other flameless candles I have last a couple of months so this is ridiculous. I'd never buy them again and they won't let me return them now because of the time limit. I'm stuck. DON'T buy these candles!!!
