The best healthy mac & cheese
When I first bought a case of 12 of these my wife thought I was nuts. We ended up loving this stuff and ate all 12 boxes within 2 months. It's fast and delicious. I like a healthy dose of fresh ground pepper with it and some steamed broccoli goes really well with it on the side. Yummy!

This is how I perfect it:
1) I use a 1/2 cup of Dannon NonFat Plain Yoghurt (per the instructions) and find that even without butter or milk, the sauce is creamy, tangy, perfect.2) Tabasco for a kick3) Parsley (dried will do) because it is awesome.4) Cracked red and black pepper because that's how I roll.5) Tuna if you like tuna.Result = wholesome joy.
