– A Cherokee Nation Communications official said that Cherokee Nation Project Management is still pursuing the purchase of the American Woodmark building located at 950 Parkway Drive. CNB Communications Director Amanda Clinton said the CNB board of directors has yet to approve the building’s purchase. The facility, which is listed at $6 million, includes 275,000 square feet of production area, 10,000 square feet of maintenance area, 11,350 16 Tribal Council meeting said CNB made an offer on the building but didn’t disclose the offer amount citing competitive reasons. CNPM is a subsidiary of Cherokee Nation Businesses, the tribe’s wholly owned business arm. They also said, if purchased, the building would be used as a resource for relocating businesses to Tahlequah and providing possible job opportunities as well as warehouse space.

The reason is that the strip is proud of the cabinet carcass and face frame and it blocks the travel of the microwave when you tip it down to catch the cleat on the wall. More to the point, install it AFTER you install the microwave. What’s more, I recommend screwing this portion of the rail (pre-drill, countersink and use self-tapping screws) rather than stapling or nailing. In case the microwave needs to come out for repair it’s better to simply back out a few screws than pry the molding off.
